We hold a state license for mold assessment, and for small incursions, are permitted to do sanitization. Large incursions will be referred to a state licensed remediator. It is important to note that there is always a water source for mold. Locating and remediating the sources of water incursion feeding the mold is our strength. We order and install doors and windows for both new construction and existing structures. We also repair window sash weights. Many times old windows would work if their sash weights were functional, unfortunately the strings become old and brittle, eventually breaking. Once they are repaired, the windows move up and down seamlessly.

Tiling is a trade that we enjoy and take great pride in. We follow the Tile Council of North America recommendations for installation and industry standards. We have been trained in Schluter products and use both their uncoupling membranes and profiles. We also install Ditra heating systems under tile to heat tile.
